Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Orders are shipped typically within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the check out page as delivery days vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order.
If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We will not issue refunds to packages returned to the sender for any reason. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@botaniqueparis.co as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to give you a reshipment at the cost of $15 for shipping.
30 Day Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to be fair and customer-friendly, while also maintaining the integrity of our business operations. We offer free returns in instances where the product is defective, or if there has been an error or mistake on our part in fulfilling your order. This includes situations such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or any other discrepancy directly attributable to our handling or processing of your order. Please note that our free return policy applies exclusively to these circumstances.

Damaged Product
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@botaniqueparis.co. If the case is deemed valid, Botanique Paris will cover any related cost to your reshipment.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
